All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Glow Witch ships to the United States and Canada. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–5 business days). Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
TAXES
Glow Witch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The goods are sent from a warehouse in Canada so there are no customs duties for buyers in Canada. However, please note, that buyers are subject to customs duties in the USA. Buyers with shipping to Canada (depending on provinces) and the USA (depending on states) are subject to additional GST and HST taxes on top of the listed price
DELIVERY
A courier will preliminary contact you before delivery. Delivery is carried out to the client's home but a product is not brought in. Goods are delivered disassembled in boxes, so they can be easily lifted by two people. Such products as dressers, chairs, bedside tables, sideboards are delivered assembled.

Have been using twice a day with my moisturizer and it really evened out my skin.. it has water like consistency and just disappears in to the skin instantly.. loving it so far... highly recommend..
I use this after derma rolling and absolutely love it. It makes my skin feel soft and dewy. Great company. This is after about 4 treatments with the derma roller and serum combined
It really helps with discoloration, the spots that I have accumulated from popping bumps have vanished after a week to 2 weeks after using this product, I would definitely recommend, note: I am a dark skin African American woman, does not irritate my skin but key advice, make sure your pores are COMPLETELY closed and use a toner, if you fail to do so, you might experience slight burning as if you are about to experience a side effect but usually your fine but do not make it a habit, I have extremely sensitive skin so if it works for me, should work for you! I have been using this product for about a month and 2 weeks now, I see a great difference!
